How to set batch level to material level in S4 HC

I would want to know whether I can set the batch level to material level in S4 HC?If the answer is YES I also want to know how to set it (the steps）

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Master Data" for this question, as Product is a Cross Master Data.
