how to send Quality Notification to supplier Via email in S4hana public cloud by using OPD setup

Hi Experts,

business have requirement to send Q notification to supplier via email by using OPD setup, Email Recipients should pick from supplier master data, instead of default email address. For example, it could be read from a master data address or from a document address. Output Control should use this email address always as TO address. how i can achieve this in S4hana public cloud. your help will really appreciated.
