How to select the status of declaration in app "Manage Input VAT Declaration - China"?

There are two fields named "ready for declaration" and "not ready for declaration" under "Declaration" in app "Manage Input VAT Declaration - China", what's the criteria to list the item in "ready" or "not ready"?

"Ready for Declaration" has three conditions.

• Processing Status is Sign-off.
• Have related document and it has been post
• GT Status is normal
