How to search for ESTO serial numbers using Customer in IQ08 report

Hi All,

I have a requirement to generate a list of serial numbers when customer is entered to IQ08 selection screen.

In IQ08, when Customer is entered to below fields in the selection screen and executed, serial number is not displayed in the results screen.

Fields: Current Customer / Spec. Stock Customer / Customer / End Customer.

However, when serial number is entered in the selection screen, Customer is displayed in the results screen.

When customer is entered to 'Partner' field (with Partner Function being 'Ship-to-Party' or 'Sold-to-Party'), serial numbers with ESTO status are not displayed. But serial numbers with ECUS status are displayed.

Please let me know how to obtain serial numbers with ESTO status in the results screen after entering the customer in the selection screen.

Sorry for my earlier answer. Go to your equipment master data and check the last movements uptated for the equipment pressing CTRL+F6 and post here please to I try create your scenary.

This condition means that the equipment is in special stock to customer.

Try search using Spec. stock customer field on IQ08 transaction.

Hi, thank you for the response. I have already checked the field Spec. stock customer and it does not fulfill my requirement (i.e. serial numbers are not displayed).

ESTO means it is at the warehouse and not assigned to a customer, so it makes sense to me that IQ08 does not display it.

Hi, thank you for the response and I understand your explanation. However, when a serial number with ESTO status is entered to the selection screen and IQ08 is executed, the customer is displayed in the results screen (screenshot is included). Therefore, is it possible to enter the customer to a field in the selection screen and obtain the serial number in the results screen?

At this case this is an special stock to customer and not plant warehouse.
