How to retrieve configuration values from PR

Hello Gurus,

As a business requirement, VC is implemented and I have the following query requiring help.

A PR is  generated through a MRP run of a Sales Order which gathers all the details such as the SO#, Specification required by customer, Qty....

So my PR looks like the below. Requirement is, since the buyer operates from his legacy system I would like to send him an email trigger which conveys the PR# , Sales Order and the options chosen for the particular sales order.

On the item tab, when the Configuration icon is clicked the characterstic is displayed as seen in the second screenshot

I need to retrieve the details from the PR rather than passing the Sales order to it's required table.

Hello Prathamesh,

The PR screen has a  icon named configuration under the item detail of the same screen.

On clicking the icon I would get the specification chosen the customer.

I would like to retrieve this for my requirement, hence pls provide me the table name by which I can check and retrieve.

This has been declined by Business, we decided to choose from Sales order diretly.
