How to restrict Vendor groups in FBL1N

I'm trying to restrict FBL1N to certain vendor groups but I can't seem to find the right object. I'm not sure whether adding F_LFA1_GRP and restricting KTOKK (vendor groups field) will solve the problem. I've checked SU24 for FBL1N and F_LFA1_GRP is not listed (not even as an optional object)

Hi Mohammed,

You should use fields LFA1-BEGRU or LFB1-BEGRU in vendor master data, in combination with authorization object F_BKPF_BEK at role definition.

Example. If you want some role to display only employees, then you should populate fields LFA1-BEGRU or LFB1-BEGRU in all employee vendor master data with some value. (eg "EMPL"). Then all employee vendors will have "EMPL" in any of those fields.

Then create a role containing autorization object F_BKPF_BEK populating field BRGRU with value "EMPL".
