How to restrict users from accessing B1_SHF Attachment

Need your suggestions/guidance for:

How to restrict users from accessing B1_SHF and Attachment folder on server. Any user can access the shared files and copy or remove/delete the files from there. This will be security breach to any business. We want to restrict such folders to users where they should not remove anything, and it should not affect any SAP functions.

Actually if user is using SAP B1 client in local network on HANA environment where they can attach the document but should not have acces to the folder as they may manuaaly access the folder and delete the files.
