Hi,
I know its stupid question i can also see its under Help > Support...
But when i click it. It shows the terminal i am logged in is connect so it cant continue.. (I am logged from SBO server) I have tried restarting License Manager but this not working for me..
So is there any other way to do this.

I have hit this just today on HANA and the solution for me was to disconnect any add-ons connected to the company database where the Stored Procedures are being restored and stop the Service Layer from the Control Center.
Hope this helps anyone who comes across this in the future.
