How to reset the password of a Technical User?

I need to reset the password for technical user XXXXX but I can't seem to find where to do so.
Could you please help me out?

Dear Customer,

Thank you for getting in touch. To reset the password of a Technical User please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Communication Arrangement view.
   • In Business ByDesign: Application and User Management > Communication Arrangements.
   • In Cloud for Customer: Administrator > General Settings, under the Integration section.
2. Find the relevant communication arrangement for this scenario.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Navigate to the Technical Data tab.
5. Click the Edit Credentials button.

Here you will be able to enter a new password. This information is also included in Point 10 of the KBA below:

Hi Ronan,

In case the Technical User is used to authenticate between SAP Commerce and SAP CPI, this updated password needs to be adapted in CPI as well, right? If yes, any idea on how to do so in CPI?

Additionally, is it possible to share some URLs or screenshots on how IAM looks like?
