How to resent COF welcome email if customer doesn't receive before.

Hi

As the subject, I need to send the COF Welcom email to customer again. How could I do that?

Typically, you can resend a confirmation email directly through your email service provider or customer management system. Here’s a quick guide: flvs flex login

  1. Log in to your email service provider or customer management system.

  2. Navigate to the "Sent" or "Outbox" folder to find the original COF Welcome email.

  3. Open the email and look for a "Resend" or "Forward" option.

  4. Modify the recipient's information if necessary, then click "Send."

If your system doesn’t have a direct resend feature, simply forward the original email and include any additional context the customer might need.
