How to Remove On-Order stock In MMBE

Hi expert

I am Create and Deleted a  Domestic PO, then a am checking the MMBE Tracsection , There showing     On-order Stock available, But PO already Deleted and have no another Purchase Order.

My requirment , How to remove the On_order Stcok from MMBE Transection screen.

PO already deleted,,,,

Since, you have already delete the PO. The on order stock should also gone from MMBE. Please check in MD04 transaction if there is any Open PO?

Hi,

Since its only one PO, I would suggest to cancel the deletion indicator, flag the delivery completed indicator and delete the PO again and check the system behavior.

If the delivery complete indicator is flagged and still you are facing issue, run the report RM06C020 in SE38 for the PO and check.

you can't do it on your own.

You have to contact SAP support for this.

We had a similar case last year.
