How to register a negative goodwill in SAP Group reporting Consolidation of Investments (Rule-Based)

I would like to see if someone could explain me how a negative goodwill should be recorded in SAP Group reporting Consolidation of Investments (Rule-Based).

Is there a specific FS Item for this negative goodwill or should it be recorded against the FS Item of Goodwill 163100 but in opposite sign?

Hello,

I forgot to point out that the consolidation group does not start consolidating now. Actually they are a group of companies that have already been a group for a long time but I have to implement them in group reporting from now on.
