How to reduce the number of parallel deletion processes in FI_DOCUMNT archiving object

Hello Experts,

I am working on FI_DOCUMNT archiving object and due to the large amount of documents available in the system for each period when archiving, it creates multiple write files. (More than 10 per job)

The current setting in AOBJ is as follows:

• The maximum archive file size is set at 200 MB

The delete jobs are set to start automatically when an archiving write file is completed.

Because of the large number of write jobs, multiple delete jobs are executed automatically at once. This has become a problem for us because it causes a bottleneck in resources for other background jobs required by the business operations when performing archiving.

Experts, I wanted to know if there is any configuration available to limit the number of Delete jobs to 1 during archiving.

you can look into below options

1. change customizing & set delete jobs to not scheduled, later run the delete jobs manually with SARA - delete (select the sessions & files manually)
