Hi Santosh,

You can try to fulfill the requirement based on master data selections (lot size or routing profile), if not possible then enhancement.

MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA BAdI: Change Data when Importing MDPSX

M61X0001 User exits PP-MRP materials planning

MD_PLDORD_CHANGE Changing Planned Orders

MD_PURREQ_CHANGE Changing purchase requisitions

Hello,

This process has been completed by enhancement. first, we have run the MRP and requirements have been generated then the background job has scheduled for changing of PR quantity based on their defined data into Z table along with Plant, Material, %age.

It's working fine.

Hello

I wouldn't recommend you to do this at all.

If you reduce the quantity of a replenishment proposal created by MRP, your shortage may not be covered, which means that MRP will create a new replenishment proposal to cover the requirement in the next

System may create a new replenishment proposal after every MRP run, until the whole requirement is covered, so you may end up with several planned orders for every requirement.

Hi Santosh,

Use fixed Lot size as 2000 so two order will be created for 4000 quantity. Or Take input from SAP and customize through ABAP as per your requirement. The ABAP Consultant will do all your requirement.
