how to recieve mail in sap mail box when someone creates a pm notification ?

Hello,

as you can see in the pictures i configured it to send me messages when someone creates a pm notification, but i only recieved the first one and then it stopped just like in the pictures below :

and i set it for notifications as shown below :

anyone could tell me why am i not recieving the mail in my sap mail box ?

thank you for your link, but my question is different, i just want the to recieve it in the sap mail the one we check with t code SBWP or in fiori notifications.
