How to prepare Cash Flow Statement ?

Hi

All Experts ,

I want to prepare Cash Flow Statement in SAP so can any one please tell me steps how to prepare it.

I tried several times in S_ALR_87012271 / 72 / 73 , But after execution the system showing *No data

were selected.*

If I am wrong for this standard report configuration please rectify me or let me know another way to get it

done.

Hello,

Create a form using FSI4 - Refer standard forms available in FSI5 and FSI6.

Create a report by using FSI1 (assign the form that you have created FSI4) - Refer standard reports available in FSI2 and FSI3.

Please make sure that you have completed your Financial Statement Version in all respects, before designing your cash flow statement. OB58.

Cash Flow Statement (Indirect Method) Variant 1 and Variant 2, please note that these reports are coming from the form 0SAPRATIO-03 Cash flow (indirect) (Refer T code FSI5) and Reports 0SAPRATIO-03 Cash flow (indirect method) variant 1 (Refer Tcode FSI2) & 0SAPRATIO-01 Cash flow (indirect method) variant 2 (Refer T code FSI2)

0SAPRATIO-04 Cash flow (direct) Form

0SAPRATIO-04 Cash flow (direct method)

You should know what format you would like to see in the cash flow statement.

You should use the FS items accordingly copy the standard forms and changed according to your format.

You should be conversant enough to do basic report painter.

Can you please elaborate the steps for it.

I am very new to report painter. I tried , but how to create a form in FSI4 ? And how to take it from FSI5

& FSI6 ?

Dear Team Member,

I have created the indirect cashflow by trigger with the account balances the concept is the same with create the Financial Statement Items Reports for examples of my indirect cash flow items as follows:

A). Create Group of CASH FLOW FROM OPERATING ACTIVITIES:

B). Create Group of CASH FLOW FROM INVESTING ACTIVITIES:

C). Create Group of CASH FLOW FROM FINANCING ACTIVITIES:

D). Create Group of CASH & CASH EQUIVALENT, BEGINNING.

E). Create Zprogram to produce this reports

Hi,

I refered that discussion and created the same form e.g. TEST for my system. Then went to FSI5 and

changed my FSV to current , next changed to FSV items in sales revenue and all those respective fields

and executed. But it still showing the empty report without monetary data.

Now I have created with 0SAPRATIO-04 Direct Method. Do I need to try another form ?

Hello,

In General data, have you changed to your Chart of Account.

Check if the report still giving the Standard INT chart of account, or you have changed it to your chart of account.

I chaged it to my Chart of Accounts also. but the same. If possible Can I have your Email ID so that can

send you some screen prints of what configuration I have done.

Please chek all your settings in FSI4 and FSI2 once you have created form and report.

Hi,

Ravi.

I checked that too. I think I have to start the same process once again. Now tell me again How to start

the copying procedure from FSI1 or else ? I am quite confuse.

Is this procedure right :-

1 ) FSI4 => Form type : Financial statement key figures =>Copy form name & text

for the new form. ( This is what I followed previous but for creating please explain again )

2 ) FSI5=> Find out the new one created => selected change and then changed to

my FSV.

Problem facing in FSI1 for assignment. Exactly where to put my form and how to assign ?

same like FSI4 what to select in :-

Buttons Execute & Form ( Create )

Report Type :- ............................................

Report :- ....................................

With Form :-..................................

CREATE BUTTON

Copy From

Form :- ..............................

Please Let me know what to do ?

Hello,

Please go to FSI5. Copy standard form to a Z form.

Make changes to general data selection. change to your chart of account.

Change to form. => Try to change the FS items on the rows / columns (as the case may be)

Now go to FSI1 = Create a report with reference to this form you have copied in FSI5. For any reference what are the fileds to be included, please refer the standard reports in FSI2.

There are no additional steps that are required.
