How to ppopulate projectnumber to billing document?

Dear Community,

we are using S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition.

I would like to add a custom field "project number" to billing documents, that includes the project number the billing document belongs to.

That custom field then needs to be displayed in App "Manage Billing Documents".

Can anyone provide information, on how to populate the projectnumber to billing document?

Hi,

Based on requirement need to follow below steps

1) Add new field in VBRK table with using "Append Structure"
2) Add new sub screen with using SE80 or SE38, write require coding
3) Use "MV60AF0C_CUST_HEAD_ACTIVATE" program to use form "CUST_HEAD_ACTIVATE", create new enhancement point and add your logic
4) Activate the program and test in VF01, VF02 and VF03 transactions
