How to post cost center in Surcharge Condition in SO(OR type) Billind Document In S4HC

Dear Expert,

I have situation that user want to post center center with surcharge condition. However, in S4H public cloud, OR type is not allowed to assign cost center in both sales order header or item level.

Only the sales order without charge function allows user to input cost center but the surcharge is used for normal order (i.e. OR type)

In S4H public cloud, cost center assignment from reason code is not available too. 

Any suggestion any expert could advice me. Thanks!

You can submit feature request in order to ask to have this functionality available in the system.
