How to open kep file - windows 10

Hi Gurus,

I have a .kep file which I could open with sapshow.exe application. But since the windows and IE Explorer were updated, the notes cannot be displayed anymore.

.kep file is very well organized. Though it is a bit old, it can still provide an excellent high level picture of a module. I would like to know whether it is still possible to open the notes of the file and how. Can anyone help with this? Thank you!

I want to know the answer also. For now I have to use an old laptop with old Windows to show the key file’s note
