I've got the following customer question "Is it possible not to load any value at the count step and have the fields empty instead?

This is related to "Count Physical Inventory - Paper Driven Counting" app from Scope Item 3BX (Warehouse Physical Inventory.

yes, you can deactivate this functionality and the quantity field in the app will be loaded without any value.

You can deactivate it for your own created activity area.
New PI areas are created automatically after you create new storage types in the configuration step Create Storage Types.

In Manage Your Solution > Supply Chain > Warehouse Management > Define Physical Inventory Area disable flag "Prop. Qty".
