As the documentation above explains, the app uses two different approaches to migrate data: Direct Transfer, in which you can use certain SAP systems as sources of data migration (like your SAP ECC) to migrate data, and Staging Tables, which is based on migrating data filled in CSV or XML template files, not requiring other source systems to be used. The app then migrates data by logically grouping it through Migration Objects (like Customer, Supplier, Product and so on).
