How to map the Archive server to Kpro in SAP S4 DMS

Hi Christoph,

In DMS configuration, unchecked the Kpro.

Then, we are trying to create a document in DMS (CV01N) and store in Archive & it is successfully stored and can be checked in table TOA01. the same document number when I check in Fiori UI, then the document is missing, and it is saying Kpro unchecked. Also, document cannot be seen in Fiori UI what we have stored at SAP S4.

Our requirement is...

document must be stored in archive server & the same document must be seen in Fiori DMS.

Please let me know the configuration steps.

So you requirement is not possible in SAP standard.

For other customers, we have sold them our tool that allows to manage this. So this is not SAP standard but a SAP add-on, and not free of charge.

Ok, for more clarity... to build SAP add-on - it will be synchronized" between ArchiveLink and Fiori KPro / DMS. these attachments are only stored once physically, but are visible in SAPGUI, TOA0x and also in the Fiori Apps?
