We are manufacturing individual unit as Make to Stock and we release production order from SAP for 100 qty to produce. We have design the system to keep the SFG BoM and FG BoM Seperate.
Now the question is, we are storing 31 Units under 1 pallet and if we divide the 1000 then 32.25 pallets are required. Now 32 pallets will have 31 Units and each unit attached with the serial number as well AND 32nd Unit will only have 8 Units.
How we can manage the situation wherein we can track the pallet-wise qty and serial number inside each pallet with the use of standard SAP.
Our packing will be done prior to it goes to the storage unit.
Can anyone assist us with good SAP Practise to manage the same?
