how to make inco. location 1 in sales mandatory field into optional

While creating a sales order, the Inco. Location 1 field is currently mandatory. How can I make the Inco. Location 1 field optional instead of mandatory?

Hi @sonam12_l

Go to the CBC and use App 102353 - Define Incoterms, where you can deselect Location mandatory. 

In addition, you can also go to app 101189—Define Incompleteness Procedures—and then you will define a new incompleteness procedure where you can remove the mandatory field as mentioned below. 

If you want incoterms fields from the business partner end, then please suppress it from the business partner. The system will not push to input the Incoterms location.

have you tried to switch off "Location mandatory" in the customizing of the Incoterm?
