How to make an entry for the value type(WRTTP)-42 in BPJA table for budget ?

Hello Experts,

There is no entry for value type(WRTTP) - 42 in BPJA table for budget.

So how can i make an  entry for value type - 42 in BPJA table.

Could you please guide me with all required steps.
