How to maintain the Single Project definition ID for Intercompany ( different company code) one comp

Hi All,

Good day, My client requirement in public cloud 2308 i.e for the intercompany projects they want to maintain the single project ID.

Scenorio

One company code will do the revenue recognisation process as per the work in progress. And the same project should be settled to Asset (capitilised) to the other company code once the all the cost & revenue recognised.

Please share the relavant scope ID which is available for the process
