How to load Plan Via flexible upload for 12 months at the same time in group reporting

S4HANA Public Cloud Version

We wanted to know how to load plan data in group reporting for 12 months in one go as we have monthly planning, How is this handled.

Steps followed:

1. Create Budget/Plan Versions

2. Define Consolidation Cycle

3. Assign Consolidation Cycle to Version

4. Bundle remaining period in Data monitor

5. Upload the data through flat file- we are notable to upload data for all 12 months.

You need to open all periods of the monitor and for upload do not use the task in monitor but the app Flexible Upload of Reported Financial Data, in the file the data must be separated by period.

Can you help to clarify below points 1. If all 12 months have to be opened at the same time then what is the use of the app "Define Consolidation Cycle and Assign to version" 2. In our business scenario planning numbers will be updated monthly in the planning tool which we need to bring in Group reporting for consolidation, Every month as actuals get booked they need to be consolidated with plan data for future months. How do we handle such a scenario. 3. If we keep updating the same version with new plan data then we won't have track of old plan numbers Can you please suggest how should we do the design in group reporting.
