How to link ship-to to an already loaded business partner?

 Is there a specific migration file provided by SAP that we could use to link the ship-to to an already loaded business partner ?
 Can the same migration file (customer one) be used to add an additional ship-to partner function to an already loaded business partner ? If so, what the sequence should be ?

There isn't an additional migration file to link more the ship-to's to existing customer BPs. There is the customer - extend existing record by new org levels ( Customer - extend existing record by new org levels ) which can be used to add new sales areas (with partner functions such as SH) to existing customers, but it cannot be used to add additional partner functions to existing sales areas on existing customers.
