How to know if a document have been updated by UI

Hi,

I know that there is a field (Datasource) to know how the document have been created. But is there any field to know how the document have been updated?

The Datasource field has the values below:

N Unknown
I Interface
U Upgrade
M Import
O DI API
S Service Layer
W Web Client
A Auto Summary
D Restore Wizard
P Partner Implementation
T Year Transfer

I also know that there is a field to know which user have been updated the document, but is there any field similar to know how the document have been updated?
