I am working with a customer using this SAP Project and Resource Management with S/4HANA Cloud. they use a non-SAP HXM solution. Any recommendation on how to integrate it with SAP Project and Resource Management?
Via the API's you can connect the 3rd Party Non-SAP HXM Solution with the S4HC system. Once you have the WF Persons in S4HC you can setup the WF Person replication from S4HC -> MDI/MDO -> SAP P&RM. the step by step process is explained below.
Pre-requisite is 6JO scope is already in scope and activated.
Bring basic worker information ( workforce person & employment information) to S/4HANA Cloud from 3rd party system. S/4HC already has integration of worker data to RM. This is via pre-built integration between S/4HC and RM and here also we use MDI. But please remember that integration is already provided by SAP.
Bring Workforce Availability information to RM via APIs provided by SAP P&RM -

The SAP KBA article says that one could replicate basic workforce information via APIs https://me.sap.com/notes/2905918. I was thinking we replicate the worker information to S/4 using this approach. Then S/4 can push the worker records to MDI and subsequently to SPRM. Is that an option?
