Hi Experts,

Curently we have created a change project and added some company codes in app Manage Your Solution in our Q system. However, we have entered some worng codes which means the organization hierachy does not meet our expection. We have Not closed the change project. I would like to know if there is some way to reverse the configuration changes or delete some company codes in this situation. Or if we can initlize the Q sysytem(we haven't use the Product system)? Or if we can reapply a new Q system?

Best Regards.
Mas

Dear Mas,

Good Day.

There is a lot of content that is activated for a company code and these settings may vary between country solutions, not least because of legal requirements. Hence in order to avoid any inconsistency in the system, once a company code has been activated there is no possibility to delete the record. In case a company code has been created and activated in the wrong country the only solution is to mark the wrongly created company code with something like "DO NOT USE" and create the company code using the correct country solution.

In case of business-critical situations, you may check with the PE/CSM/CEE who can help to check the feasibility for expert configuration process.

I would like to provide you with the following kba’s for your reference.

Do not release these Changes in your production system. Since you have just done few config & it cannot be deleted.

I would log an incident with SAP and initialize the Q system.

Dear Randal,

Thanks for your reply.

I want to be asure that if you mean that SAP could offer the service to intialize the Q system. If it is true, what's the steps of requesting the intialize service? If there is a guide doument?

Hi Mas,

How did you get your Q System Provisioned? By filling up S4H_223 questionnaire and asking for the Q system from Config in the starter " request for Q system".

You then logged an incident and the Q system was provisioned. This is the process.

You need to do the same and ask SAP for support as I do not see you have any other option.

I did not come across any specific documentation on the same.

Regards,

Randal
