How to increase the length of fields in Form Templates

Hello,

We have a field that contains a description and it can be up to 40 characters long, and it is not fully displayed on Output documents (I.e. order confirmation). We are using standard forms and the text is being clipped after 20 characters.

How can we print the complete field value on the documents? 20 characters is not sufficient to provide the needed information to our customers.

Hi!

You can create a Custom Form Template based on the Standard Form Template you are using and then change the field property 'Max Chars' to the one that will attend your needs (I.e. 40 chars).
