How to get list all data in Tcode CKMLQS

We need to get the data in all nodes in Tcode CKMLQS ( evaluated quantity ). It is in the red rectangle in the picture.

Could someone tell me the tables for that or how to do that?

People usually run the SQL trace (ST05) to identify the tables and deduce the logic (reverse engineer) how to join the data all together (possibly, an ABAP developer may look at the code if needed).

I try with ST05 and solved the problem. It's base on tables: ckmlhd mldoc ml4h_cds_mv003 ml4h_cds_mv004
