how to get equipment movement history?

how can i know the movement history of an equipment, from which equipment to which equipment & from which location to which location, equipment has been moved.

follow the path in the menu.

Also review your customizing if all required settings have been performed:

SPRO -> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Technical Objects -> Equipment -> Equipment Usage Period

🙂- on table level you will find corresponding information in tables EQUZ and ILOA (if corresponding change recording is activated)

The quick way if using GUI is to use transaction IH08.   if you change the period to the earliest period the equipment was created until today's date it will show you changes that have been not only location assignments,  but if any of the organization tab fields were updated, etc.

As another user mentioned both the EQUZ and ILOA tables are tied to specific time periods and equipment data if you need to build a more custom report for something.

equipment history button click it will show you all movement & history of the equipment.
