How to get access to DEV environment login details with the company ID

Hello Team, i am having issues getting into DEV environment, i have the company ID but can't seem to get the log in details. Any suggestions please

If you have no access credentials to the instance, you can work on creating a new super admin user directly from Provisioning.

Kindly refer to KBA 2186617 - Creating a Super Admin User in SuccessFactors Provisioning - SAP for Me for guidance. 

You can reach out to your implementation partner with provisioning access to do so. In case you have no partner, you can reach our to customer support requesting that following below steps:

1. Submit a support case under component LOD-SF-PLT-PRVR.
2. Include the required details:
• E-mail address where the credentials will be sent to:
• Company ID:
• Data Center where the new user will be created:
• Reason why a new admin user needs to be created:
3. Product Support will then create a Super Admin user via Provisioning using the same steps as provided for Partners/Consultants.

Thank you so much. However, when i accessed provisioning i discovered the the company ID for the DEV environment is not attached to my company. Any idea how i can do that
