How to get a report for Plan Revenue, Estimated Costs, manual POC

Dear SAP Team,
We have to enter under specific circumstances the Plan Revenue, Estimated Costs or manual POC in Sales Orders.

For Audit and controlling reasons we need an overview for which SO we have entered such data. I made a research in the system and in the "characteristic index" and did not find those field. Could you please help us to get detail information for those fields?
