how to generate the report to find prod. version details

e.g.

I have some 1000 nos. of materials like FG/ SFGs in the system.

however only few of the materials say "750" of these 1000 materials are updated with prod. version

and the rest of the 250 materials are not updated.

My requirement is to get the list of those 250 items, whichever not having prod. versions, so that I could plan with the concerned plant users to send the formal input for uploading it in LSMW

Requesting the experts to suggest me how could I download those 250 items,

hello

Go to MM60 tcode and export all SFG/FG materials to excel wrt to plant.

Go to SE16N t code and Pass the plant in MKAL table such that you will get the list of materials maintained with production version (remove max no of hits count).

Export them to Excel and filter them then u get wat u needed.
