How to flag email out of Test-System?

I'm looking for a way to flag all email out of Test-System with "SAP TEST-SYSTEM".

Preferred add to subject and body.

Go to the SCOT transaction and add disclosures:

Make sure the disclosures are set up correctly after the test system refresh.

You might try "disclosures": see tcode SOADM -> Business Communication Administration-> Settings-> Outbound Messages-> Disclosures.
