i am trying to add new tenant on hana on my CCC but always give me this error

my hana version is FP2202 

on my Suse i have intalled hana database and install license manager and web client

Hi Zernan, I don't see a problem about user creation. then I can suspect SLD agent. SLD agent should be up and running because it executes tasks such as a tenant creation on behalf of the SLD. in case of HANA environment, HANA client should be installed in the CCC server too. otherwise, it would be helpful if you get a product support by logging an support incident.

Have you already created system users and assigned it to the customer?

How have you tried creating tenant users?

Would you elaborate how you tried creatting the customer and tenant, and system users and tenant users?

yes i have created system user and assign to customer when i created the tenant it give me this error
