How to find the change log for Business Partner Master data ?

Dear Expert,

We require the change log for Business Partners from April to March. Change log should have all the fields that were changed during this period for example Bank Account number , Address etc.

Please let us know how to get the Change log for SAP Public Cloud.

Change logs for the Business Partner can be found using the below steps:

1. Open the 'Maintain Business Partner' App.
2. Search for the Business Partner ID and display it.
3. Click on 'More' dropdown.
4. Click on Extras-> Change History-> For this Partner.
5. Select the fields to view the change history, then select Continue.
6. Select the Export and choose Spreadsheet.

In the downloaded excel, able to see the change logs of the Business Partner master data.

Note:

The change logs do not record everything for reasons of performance. An example of this is that for the majority of fields change types Insert are not recorded. The change tables would be excessive and as such would create performance issues on the system.
