How to fetch sales order header & items details in down payment request screen to print form

I want to create down payment request amount based on the 30% of sales order amount or value.

The percentage which is maintained as the payment terms (Deposit 30%, Net 15 days).

Now I am unable to fetch the sales order field values.

Experts please help.
