How to extract a list of the users of who have not created and maintained a substitute for approvals

Dear Sap Team, 

I am trying to extract a list of the users of who have created and maintained a substitute for approvals (planned/unplanned) in the S/4HANA Public Cloud as we have several times faced issues when user delegation in MyInbox is not maintained. How can I as Admin create such a list to contact people who did not add a substitute?

Hello Team, 

Currently there is no app specific to this to view the list of users who have not maintained a substitute. 

You can however make use of the Released CDS views like  I_WorkflowStatusOverview, I_WorkflowStatusDetails, I_UserSubstitute and I_WorkflowRecipients. You can join these using custom analytical query which can be used to build your custom report.
