How to Encrypt CSV and XML file in AL11 using GPG Public Key without Using PI

Hi Expert,

I need your help on Encrypt CSV and XML file in AL11 using GPG Public Key without Using PI.

My requirement is

1) Encrypt CSV and XML file using Provider Public Key : Any ABAP Program

2) After Encrypting the CSV and XML files has to move to different folder : Any ABAP Program

We are using SAP S/4 HANA 1909. File will be stored in AL11.

I had seen may SAP Blog on this but not get what I'm looking

Don't do this specialized stuff by ABAP code, use a specialized software/command, and call it from ABAP.

ABAP can call commands at operating system level using SXPG* function modules. Search the Web for more information.

Can I use this command in sm69 method to encrypt the contents of a zip file or csv file
