I have configure the flexible workflow for PR-Overall released and for Purchase order in SAP S/4 HANA 2020.
I have following Questions regarding the same. Please guide me with the solution.
- I want to restrict the user to edit the PR/PO after all level of approval. for example In ECC system we can achieve this by release indicator. In same way how can we achieve through flexible workflow.
- Once PR/PO is approved, how to revoke or cancel the flexible workflow? Like in ECC if user wants to change anything in PR/PO, first they have to unreleased the PR/PO and then make the changes and released strategy gets trigger again. In same way how can we achieve this in flexible workflow?
- In PO flexible workflow, i have added the custom start condition as "PLANT", but my workflow is not getting trigger as per the configure workflow. What could be the reason?
