How to Edit/Amend SAP distribution list - SO23

Process notes on how to Amend /Edit distribution list in SAP

Go to Tcode - SO23

Select from the Ty. (Shared or Private) and put the name of the Distribution list in Name field.

Once done, click on Find button and it will show the list which is in Shared and in Name space as below.

Double click on the Share Distribution – Name Space and it will open the list as below, go to Edit mode and update the email address / delete if not needed.

Put in the email address and press enter, it will automatically consider the Type (By E-Mail)
