How to display item-level custom fields without clicking into the sales order item?

Hi Team,

Sales order item-level custom fields can be seen by clicking into the sales order item and switching to the "custom fields" tab in the WEBGUI app.

We're wondering if there's a way to show these custom fields in the line item table on the first screen itself, so that it will be easy to see these values.

Below are two solutions based on the current design:

(1) In WEBGUI it is not supported to directly add custom fields into the overview item table. Instead, you can try by using SAP SCREEN PERSONAS. It is part of the ABAP platform which indirectly ships with S/4HANA Cloud, and therefore a capability called "Adapt UI for classic applications using Screen Personas".

(2) If you would like to try the Fiori app "Manage Sales Orders - Version 2":

You can firstly enable your custom fields via the "Custom Fields" app (under the "User Interfaces" tab) for the "Manage Sales Orders - Version 2" Fiori app. Then, you can add these item-level custom fields to the header overview screen via "Adapt UI".
