How to delete data from ORCM

Hello,
how is it possible to delete the MRP data of the ORCM table for removed scenarios?
I created a scenario, ran the MRP, and checked the number of articles in the rows of the ORCM table for the new scenario. (818 rows)
Then I ran the same scenario with only one item... there were still 7 lines in the recommendation.
However, the ORCM table still showed 818 rows.
Then I removed the scenario via the SAP menue "remove".
The table still shows the 818 rows even with the scenario removed, although the message came up in SAP that all associated recommendations would be deleted.
Today we have 
45.208.400 Rows

in ORCM

Can anyone help?
