How to Delete Active ML Records in SAP?

Hi guys, 

Let say the our client have acquire some plants in other company codes, and they want to move the Plant to our company code. But we cannot do that because its having active Material Ledger (ML), so how do delete all the records for the ML or maybe deactivate the ML so we can change the Plant Company Code..

Thanks for the Reference, I already tried the tutorial but still I cannot deactivate plant specific material Ledger. It says in the system that it still contain relevant data for those valuation areas, and we need to reset it on OBR1 (Reset Transaction Data for Company Code and Controlling Area) which I dont want to use, because I only wanted to delete/deactivate the ML on plant specific not for the whole company code. Thanks

I don't think so you can deactivate ML without deleting historical data for that Plant/CC. ML can only be deactivated if there is no historical/transactional data. Please raise an Incident with SAP and maybe they can help you.
