How to define the Revenue attribute in the WBS element in the public version?

Billing elements cannot be selected in WBS details.

SAP GUI Screen

 

When trying to edit mode on the SAP GUI screen, a message appears stating that you do not have permission to CJ02 T-Code.

How can I assign the Revenue attribute to the WBS element in the public version?

Please help me.

Hello @huny 

In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, You cannot set the Revenue attribute via CJ02. Instead, mark the WBS element as a Billing Element in the Project Control or Project Planning Fiori app.

Follow the steps below

1. Open the project in Project Control – Enterprise Projects.
2. Go to Structure → select the WBS element.
3. In General Information or Commercial Data, enable Billing Element.
4. Save – the system sets “Revenue” automatically.

If the field is greyed out:

• Check your business role (Project Manager / Commercial Project Manager).
• Ensure the Project Profile supports billing relevance.
• Project must be in editable status.
