Our experts have already responded to your questions. It appears you have two key requirements:

You want to release data to specific FS Items based on the Cost Center.

You need to report Retained Earnings / Net Income at the Cost Center level.

Requirement 1:
You can implement GRPL substitution rules to map certain FS Items based on the Cost Center or any other ACDOCA fields Using a lookup table or simple rule for this purpose is also possible.

Requirement 2:
As of the 2023 version, there is no standard functionality to calculate ANI (Annual Net Income) at the Cost Center level. My colleagues @GregoireDesombre  and @dirk_degrell   have already addressed this. The new posting rules for the ANI task are currently under development, and this functionality is planned for a future release.
